This is exactly the kind of confusion and bad feeling that haste can
cause. You shouldn't believe anyone other than Allen or Stuart on
this point, but the Intel binary has been the same for both versions
of Windows during beta testing, and I suspect this remains true for
the version that's been released. The difference in packaging is
probably the Win32s libraries, which are only needed for Windows 3.1.
I'm assuming that NewTek isn't *intentionally* misleading people, and
that the copy protection scheme hasn't introduced specificity. Like
I said, believe no one but the programmers.
